About me
Greetings! I am a second-year PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Hong Kong, where I am fortunate to be under the guidance of two distinguished professors: Prof. Chuan Wu as my primary supervisor and Prof. Lingpeng Kong as my co-supervisor. Prior to embarking on my doctoral journey, I completed a B.E. degree at Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
My research interests focus on Natural Language Processing, especially model alignment and parameter-efficient finetuning. During my PhD period, I am particularly fascinated by the prospect of developing a Cantonese Dialogue System tailored for the citizens of Hong Kong. Hence, I also take an eye on Automatic Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech techniques.
Beyond my academic pursuits, I am driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, and I aspire to establish a startup, especially aligning with my research domain.
Feel free to reach out to me if you share similar interests or have any inquiries. I am always eager to engage in meaningful discussions and collaborative endeavors.
